Kim, I figured I could break it down a bit once I had it in front of me. But today I left more than 3/4 on the plate. tmaryam.. Dont give up! Space out the squats thru your entire day. One here, one there.. theyll add up! And as another member mentioned, you will slowly build up strength. Ive done my first 15 for today, now I will finish up the last 15 between now and bed. Good luck to everyone starting and those moving along : )

Ok, Feb 1st is only 3 days away. I have completely slacked (to say the least) when it comes to my diet and exercise. I am going to use the next 3 days to get my butt in gear.
