Yes, I bought a scale. What I can weigh I do, things like roast chicken. I do make homemade vegetable soup and oatmeal which I just measure by the cup do you think that could be the problem?

I would like to join in. I'm 48 and have about 15 pounds to lose. I've never been successful but the weight just keeps creeping on so I need to take charge of this before I've got even more to lose. Good luck to everyone!

I would like to be included too! Just started 6 days ago and gained two pounds. Buying a digital scale today though but it would be great to have some support and to support others!

This chart is very helpful. I have been very diligent this week (my very first, I'm on day 7) and often eat just under the recommended calories, don't count exercise (only went to the gym once), I haven't been drinking the recommended water though. I've gained two pounds....I'll just keep at it and hopefully next week will…
