  • I'm in my 60's now but when I was a young thing I never went over 105. I don't want to get that low now...I'd probably look sick! My goal is 110, I have 10 more pounds to go and it's slow going. That's where I'm most comfortable. I'm tired of feeling uncomfortable in my clothes!

  • I'd just like to add that I was taking Lipitor 20 mgs and had digestive issues with it. It was lowered to 10 mgs and I had no side affects and lowered my cholesterol significantly.

  • I also tried Optavia but only for one month and was literally sick from the food (if you want to call it food). Just wanted to let you know that you can return any of the items you have left, even if you've used part of the box. Unfortunately, the coaches rarely tell you this.
