1 onion ...crushed garlic ..coriander...half aubergine. ..1 courgette..handful mushrooms..1tsp sweetener powder...1tsp soy low sodium...half pint of hot water with whole veg stock cube...2 tomatoes..small pieces of broccoli....salt and pepper to taste...it's yummy and easy...:)

So I've cut out pasta and white potato...I have a really bad habit on crisps baked are good ....lean meats....alpro yogurt is a life saver as there is an array of puds you can create using it..i would be of more help if I knew what you would normally like if not dieting x
