What's the point of cussing about it, there's a better way to express yourself. Patience is the key to losing weight, as of today I've lost 47 pounds and it's taken me about 10 months to do this.

Sorry I don't but just go get yourself a 2015 calender, I did that and plan on weighing myself about once every 10 days or so and write it in the little square. I'm using a Walking Dead calender. Love me some Daryl. On Jan 1st I wrote down 176, I started at 204 last year.
