I used to HATE clothes shopping!!! Everything I liked either looked terrible on me or was miles from my size...now if I have extra money to spend I love buying a new outfit and shopping at the stores that I thought were for "the skinnies"

My gym is rather small and in a semi small town...you run into same people everyday and get chatting...no biggie...good to be noticed for progressing and working hard imo

Two days minimum between muscle groups if you work them good imo...so if you did arms Monday maybe don't hit them till Thursday if you work the hard but you may do tues as back wed legs etc.

I lost a lot of weight and started looking good, getting compliments in the gym...then I had stresses and ballooned back up. Yes I was at first embarrassed to go back in only to show my failure...4 months later now and I'm back where I was and striding further...you'll be fine,just a little bump

I feel like that video focuses more on the how much can I max guy...not the guy who is actually trying to grow his pecs ...hence the 3 inch bench press from the man in the beginning... Just my opinion

I have to say that is extremely unusual...its opposite 99.9% of the time...dk how you van change that tho, rather than getting under the bar and giving it hell and work on that exercise
