i like nike training club I use it at the gym it gives you free video work outs and they seem to give me a good burn I also use sworkit when I want to do abs and couch to 5k on the treadmill

I've been doing insanity at my gym and I really like it. But if I don't wear the right sports bra or leggings its not as fun I'm spend more time hiking pants up then working lol. I'm going to take class tonight

Yea I just need to be more patient it's just hard to see the scale go up after not seeing it move at all for a couple days especially when I have an obesity and expect to see more changes.

I have the same problem I've been tracking pretty religiously for the past couple weeks and the scale isn't moving. I have my calories set at 1200 which should be low enough below my maintenance that if I'm not weighing perfectly there should be some loss not to mention I'm hungry quite often but if the scale isn't moving…

yea it's interesting how you can work out so hard and not lose weight. Is there anyway to raise your BMR?

I was super tired saturday I think it was a result of working out a lot and eating less calories due to starting to track my body just wanted to rest I guess that is why rest days are important but I feel pretty normal today.

I still enjoyed time with friends without over drinking: Saturday game night one can of beer like a tall one though but did not give in to late night munching. Sunday one flight of beer after a hike and even had a salad at the brewery I wanted a burger but they ran out and I wanted chili fries but ordered a salad instead
