I like to make oatmeal with frozen berries only takes about two minutes to microwave. At work ill make oatmeal then add fresh fruit in it or on the side.

yea that makes since I struggle grocery shopping so much now that i'm counting because everything i normally go for i tell myself its not worth it especially when you can see the calories but then realized i'm not really grabbing anything but protein and veggies

I watch hgtv our gym has some treadmill TVs and that’s the only good channel lol I prefer podcasts over music for cardio

Was really craving wine today and it’s cold so I didn’t want to leave my house to go to the gym but I got out of bed did my workout and when I got home no more craving :) I did drink Sunday it was snowy and I was in a fun mood since I wasn’t going to have work the next day I think that’s only my third drinks this month.

I've always been into group fitness. I did crossfit for years and now I go to classes at my new gym. I like that I don't have to think or program something and can just follow along with the instructor. Seeing people around me keep pushing motivates me to keep going. I also like that its a set time frame.

I think I did well with my goal. For exercise I made it to the gym 5 times even walked to apartment gym when it was snowing since I didn't want to drive to the gym. also thin crust is less calories then handtossed just make sure you're watching the calories and maybe get a little extra exercise

I love pizza too I found a brand called caulipower pizza half the pizza is 330 and a whole pizza is 600 something. It satisfies my pizza craving without ordering dominoes.
