Day 7 today! I find that my endurance has increased a bit and I find myself doing more of the advanced moves now. Just wish I could do those anterior raises with the lateral lunges. That is the hardest move for me! Keep up the good work everyone!

That's great! Ya I took two days off :/ but im back at it at level 1. Day 6 for me. I tried using 10 lbs weights for the biceps but my form was so bad that I switched back to 5 lbs. But I did us the 10 lbs for the Flys. I also did full pushup for one of the sets so that was an improvement! I know this anterior raises are…

I am on day 5 as well. My arms are not as sore as they were when I first started but I think tmr I'm going to start switching to a little bit higher weights with some of the arms like for my biceps and chest Flys I think theyre called im going to use 10 lbs. Well this is my 4th day of shred with one day rest. And that one day rest really helped my arms! Haha. I made it through all of them! I really have trouble with the last arm workout tho, when you're doing the lateral lunges. Its hard! My arms are so weak! lol I try to really push it with the squats, I want my legs to burn!…

I've done 3 days of it and I'm going to have a rest day. My arms are killing me. Using 5 lbs weights tho. I find when im hurting and I try to continue I end up not doing any of the exercises right so ill give it one day and get right back into it tmr!

I'm 5'2 currently 141. When I was 20 I was 118. I liked how I looked then but im shooting for 125 and then decide if I would like to go lower.
