I'm 138-140 and I'm 5'2". I used to weigh 120 back in high school. But then college food and 5 years of cheerleading made me gain more muscles. Plus I love food haha. Trying to get back to 120 still.

Guys, I am so excited. I have a NSV.

I am packing for a trip, so got the dress out that I am wearing in my avitar to try on, and it was loose on me!

Not really lost any weight (103 now; 105 in pic) but, though I have always included resistance work in my exercise routine, I really got serious this past 5 months and started progresive heavy lifting ( heavy for me) based on SL 5x5 but mainly with dumb bells.

Just thought I would let you all know that a progressive lifting routine can really help with your shape, and though I did no specific ab work, it is my abdomen that is showing the results the most.
Oh, and I can now lift my 55lb suitcase on my own.

    Cheers, h.

I'm 5'2 currently 141. When I was 20 I was 118. I liked how I looked then but im shooting for 125 and then decide if I would like to go lower.

5'1 and around the 100lb mark, give or take a couple of lb depending on usual fluctuations. I've got a tiny frame with 32 inch hips and I take a 26 back bra (try finding those on the highstreet!), so it suits me, I've never had anyone comment that I look too light.

I'm also 5'2" and have much bigger numbers than y'all :)

    SW: 223lbs
    CW: 174lbs
    GW: 150lbs

I wear size 12 jeans, M or L tops, 36DDD bra. My lowest adult weight was 135lbs and it was very difficult for me to maintain. Interestingly enough, I wore the same size clothes then as I do now (although my bra was smaller...I hadn't had kids yet), but I felt so much heavier. I'm actually fairly comfortable now, but the extra weight I carry in my belly and hips would be nice to jettison :)

I'm 5'2", 135#, muscular build. I was down to 114 for a figure comp and looked sick (not the good kind). I'm seem to be happiest in my own skin between 125-130.

I'm 5'0 and would be super happy at 115. Actually I'd be happy at 125. I'm currently 137.

Now I'm 147 - my goal is 125 ... If I ever get down that far I will reevaluate. My lowest weight was at 116 - I felt good - I felt bones I. Places bones should be - but I was also 23 ... Now almost 20 years later - I'm not sure possible.

I'm 5"1.5" and started at 181 lbs, 3 years later I'm at 128 lbs... trying to get to 120 :) but I will reevaluate at 125 if that's enough (it probably will)

I'm 5'2 and about 170lbs, but aim to get to around 120-125 within the year. I'm also very curvy, my bra size is 34H, with a smaller waist and big hips and bum.

So I checked in on this thread out of curiosity, and feel I need some feedback. I'm a little taller - at 5'4" and originally I thought my weight should be around 140lbs. But I honestly can't remember when the last time I was that weight (could have been when I was like 12)...so it is unrealistic to think I should be 140lbs? Should I adjust my number based on my height - making 160lbs a little more reasonable? I'm seeing a lot of you 5'2" girls want to be around 130lbs... I just don't know. I always thought I'd go off of BMI. AND I have ages to go before I'm even close to that..so I really just don't know.

    haha perhaps I should start a 5'4" woman's thread?! :)

    I'm 5.0" - 108 lbs
28E bra/bust size, 25 inch waist, 35 inch hip. guess i'm more of a pear.
Weight wise, i'm OK with this- but would like to reduce hip a tad and/or just tighten it all up see more definition through loss of body fat.
    Go shorties!!
