If you're interested in strengthening your core, is it worth taking a pilates class? I agree with the above comment. Never accept poor form. 1 correct exercise is much better than 5 incorrect ones.

I started seriously logging in January and finally got a set of scales in February. I've so far lost 6kgs but also lost craploads of cms. Yep pill and magic formulas are great for lightening my wallet. That's about all lol

I am finding that since eating better and exercising more, I'm sleeping better! I rarely wake up during the night anymore and I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. I get about 8ish hours

I bought new scales yesterday. It turns out that my "healthy breakfast" isn't so healthy. Almost 500 calories!! *kitten*. Thankfully I'll be able to get back on track now
