Omfg i love my treadmill! I run on it most nights after the kids have gone to bed. I'm halfway through my c25k alternating between 5kph and 10kph I don't know if it's doing well for my weight but it's working wonders for my legs and my fitness levels

Welcome everyone!!!! I'm in week um not sure, I started the first of February. Anyway I've lost 6kgs (13lbs) and loads of cms... But the best thing 5:2 has taught me? The difference between hunger and wanting to eat. So although I CAN eat what i want (sort of) on non fast days, I'm finding that I'm wanting to eat healthier…

So today being Anzac day, I took the kids to the dawn service. They supplied us with breakfast. Obviously I couldn't be rude and say no so I logged it as best as I could. I have felt full all day and unable to eat, so I logged dinner anyway but i don't know if I'll eat it. My total comes to 700. Can i count today as a fast?

All of my tights are loose and baggy. I have recycled an entire bag full of old clothes that haven't fit me since I was 19!!! They all fit!!!!

You girls are absolutely inspiring. I start at a new gym next month (they're currently building it) and I've told the trainer that I want to lift heavy. I've been at curves for the last two years and want to move on. They've been amazing but it's time to spread my wings. You guys make me so excited!

Eating healthy and at a deficit is where you want to start. I started dropping bodyfat percentage when I started weighing my foods again. Also in my opinion, it wouldn't judge your bodyfat just from a picture. Go to a chemist, or a gym or a gp and get it checked correctly. That way you know the correct percentage Good luck…

My husband is getting grumpy because I would rather run in my treadmill than snuggle up with him on the couch. Also I'm not making popcorn, chips, crappy snacks etc as I'm not eating them. He keeps hinting that he "could really go for some popcorn right about now " expecting me to jump of the treadmill and go make it. Sigh…

I'm on week 2 day 3. Omfg i love it! If I feel like I'm about to die when running, I keep going because I know it'll tell me to walk soon. To berries and juice, I actually find it easier to run slowly than I do to walk fast lol. So yayyyyyy you!!! That's fantastic! To the op. Great work. Keep it up!!!!

First fast of the week almost finished! I'm exhausted though and can't wait to get to bed... I've had a couple of massive days

4am run most days, then start work at 6am. Then a gym sesh after work at 2pm. Then an exercise dvd at about 7.30pm with miss 7 (my daughter)

I started off cheating. Then deliberately picking the lowest calorie entry. Eventually I realised that I won't get anywhere if i lie to myself. So then I started logging everything I ate. I Have bad days where I eat too much crap but i log it anyway now. I've gotten waaaaayyyyy better results from weighing my foods though
