Very true, but my brain may struggle with grilled chicken for brekky. I tried this and it tastes amazing but high in fat and noticed an increase in weight (may have been unrelated but only change I made indiet)

Yes just refined so use sweetners in coffee. I've found avoiding high sugars in most foods have helped me strip down fat.

Yes I really am eating 1500 or max 1700 and I dont eat my cardio back either. I will admit Ive had a few nights out around once a month. Yeah @SezxyStef some muscle but I reduced my calories down to 1200 a day when I stripped the weight off and only realised in Jan I need to eat 150gs of protein a day. Im on around 1500 calories a day now.
