Breakfast: Leftover chicken bacon quesadilla with fried eggs. Brinner: Peanut butter chocolate chip stuffed pancakes for hubby. Nutella stuffed pancakes for me.

I couldn't get P rows down. Even stacking plates under to raise the bar up, it just wasn't working and my form was suffering. I switched to bent over barbell rows - I am not struggling with form. Once I up my weight to get the bar at proper height I may go back to P rows.
