I would agree I'm 5'3 on 1200 a day. I keep it more as a guide line. If I bust through I don't really stress about it. My goal is 1lbs a week. I'm just short. I feel better when I keep to it actually. I just eat more veggies and less carbs. I've always been one to eat small portions so might be why it works.

I would firmly say thank you but I will not eat what you brought me. This diet is important to me and I want to keep it going well. Rinse and repeat if you have too. I'm into organic peanut butter these days, you have to remix it every time because it separates but I find it leaves me satisfied a lot longer. So much peanut goodness.
