It is great in iced tea. I put some in my tea when we were dining out and I thought that they had given me sugar in my tea... southern style sweet. So it doesn't take much and it wasn't bitter. I'll need to try hot drinks too. I think they have different affects.

I had to increase sodium to drop the pounds. Maybe it depends on carb level? I know that Keto levels require higher sodium levels. Maybe the 50 - 150 level need less?

Are you doing Keto, low carb or lower carb? I'm doing keto( 20 grams or less carbs) and 100+ to lose. I've lost 21 so far. Check out the stickies for a lot of good data to get off on the right foot.

How much are you trying to lose? Are you tracking everything you eat? If not, try that to see if something over your limit is sneaking in. Verify sodium intake. 10.4 in a cup of half and half 6.4 in a cup of cream Calories are a lot different. I do either depending on my day. If I'm not eating breakfast, cream. If I am, half and half.

If I only do low carb without any fat( or low fat), I'm hungry. Add some fat in, hunger is gone.
