Dannon Oikos triple zero Greek yogurt. Sweetened with stevia. Wishing they didn't take all the fat out, but it is yummy 14 total carbs with 6 of fiber. Tastes good enough to be a desert.

I got a kitchen scale to weigh everything I make. If you measure/weigh everything you make prior to processing it, add those things to the recipe in MFP and then figure out how you want to set up a serving, that could work. For example: jerky: create a recipe, add steak 1 pound prior to drying, add the seasoning...…

Yay me! I was on plan for my camping trip. I did not gain over the weekend. I didn't lose either, but I imagine that will change this week as I get my sodium back to where it needs to be.

I use the Keto calculator to figure out what I should aim for.. then use carb grams as a max, protein grams as a 'do my best to met' and fat grams as a 'filler' to make me not hungry ( so up to that number of grams, but not 'gotta get it' kind of thing).

Thanks for trying it. I like avacado on my sandwiches, but not by themselves. I tried a avacado pudding with the same issue as the brownie.

I do when I'm first going into ketosis. (I have been off and on plan a number of times and that it happens to me every single time).

high carb and high fat are not a good combo... it has to do with the insulin response and what it does with the dietary fat. Are they 'junk' carbs(candy, chips,processed) or OK carbs? You would essentially be following a CICO diet, which some people lose on.

Is it a 'head' hunger or a 'stomach' hunger? Is it that you don't feel 'satisfied'? Defining the type of hunger helps me figure out what I need to change.

I saw one like this... I think they sliced it, put it on paper towels and put salt in them. Then they rolled it up and set it in the fridge for awhile to get some moisture out.

I don't eat back the calories if it is just a 'workout'. I consider that a bonus towards weight loss. I normally have a exercise calorie bonus of 50-200 a day. I don't see it listed yet.. bun-less burger. Always quick and easy. I like cheese on mine and you can fancy it up a bit with another garnishments(grilled onion, mushrooms, mayo, etc)
