Also, if you search "cycling" in the cardio exercise and scroll down to "stationary bike" you can chose a level of effort ranging from "light" to "very vigorous". But even at "very vigorous" the estimate for me for 45 minutes is 531 calories burned.

Agreed. Look into using almond flour for breads and cookies (there are some good recipes on the internet). I second the avocados and olive oil. Also, coconut oil is a good fat that is high in calories.

My current smoothie addiction (me no likely bananas): Breakfast = Vega One Vanilla Chai, 1 date, 1 cup coconut milk (So Delicious Unsweetened), 1/2 cup ice, 1 Tbsp raw almond butter = 365 cals. Sometimes I add extra vanilla and spice. Yum. Othertimes just the Vega One and coconut milk = 204 cals another one I like is: 1/2…
