I like to hike. Living in Tennessee, Id love to hike the Appalacian Trail someday. Stupid work always messing up my schedule! My bucket list hike is to Maccu Piccu in the Andes though.

I work with my trainer once a week. He then gives me written workouts to be done twice before the next meeting. Usually with lighter weight since I'm solo. He's also gonna help me with my running form, which is cool.

I am a new rider. I really am not comfortable riding in traffic. I dislike hearing a car coming behind me and not being able to see. A mirror, from everything I read, is a poor fix. I was thinking of mounting a small camera, like a go pro, on the underside of my saddle, with the feed going to my handlebar mounted phone.…

Having a bike is helping me. I have a new rule... If I want something sweet, I have to ride at least five miles one way to get it. I figure that most of the time, I'll just decide screw it. But if I succumbed, at least I burn it off.

Three some days, two other days.

20 lb so far. Ignore all that low this low that crap. I am eating the same thing I always have, just less of it. That and working out like a madman.

I'm 6'4" blue eyed and willing dye my hair more blond than it is. Let's meet up. Jk im married. When I was single, I always found I had better luck with tall women, as they all want a man taller than them. Lol
-
Well duh. You're gonna be puking them out later anyway.

I've been having trouble too. I find that if you restart your phone, it will synch. Annoying I know, but it works.

You are also 19. Everyone is at their thinnest at nineteen. In twenty years, your peers will not look the same.

I use Strava to track runs and rides. It does not talk to my fitbit charge hr though.

I really want this... https://sites.garmin.com/en-US/vivo/vivoactive/

How do you determine cadence?

Outerwear like jackets, rain pants, sure. Like new shoes? Yeah. Shirts shorts socks... No. I'll pass.

Stretch week before and after and throughout the day. Epson salt bath. Anti inflammatory medication (I got A prescription one). Ice And if course, rest

No. It will help you lose water weight, which will come back next time you drink. Is nice for recovery I guess. That's about it really.

I feel your pain. Literally. I'm in week 2 of c25k and my knees hurt so bad I can barely walk today. Pretty discouraging. Hopefully it's something my body will adjust to (after A few days of rest) and not something that prohibits me from running at all.

I think they have one in the prison yard...

Yet another invention someone beat me to. I invented the snuggle in like 1994. Decided to go to college instead. That worked out well.
-
Neither can they half the time. Of course that's somehow our fault too.

My confession for the day... One of my friends started a daily challenge on fitbit for steps. I am currently in last place. I biked six miles today, but fitbit doesn't count those. So I'm about to go to the gym and crank out six thousand steps or so and win the Damn thing at the eleventh hour.

I was staring to get it. Google stretches for it. Also, rolling your feet on a golf ball is good.
-
Climbing is awesome for forearms. Hanging from a bar works too.

It's been really cold and icy here lately, so outdoors hasn't been an option. I work standing on a concrete floor all day, and am at least fifty pounds overweight. I'm sure all of it together isn't good on the knees. In training for a sprint triathlon. Maybe I'll stick to the bike and pool for a few days and see how it…

I look like A potato with toothpick arms and legs right now. Arms and legs getting toned... Torso still fat roll city. Losing a bit of my double chin though.

You didn't use them right. They work great if you apply them over your mouth. They also make effective birth control if applied elsewhere.
-
I let a girlfriend wax my back once. Never ever again. You gals are crazy... And to do that in the fun zone!

I got fit. Saucony stability shoes with maybe 50 miles on them. Most of those treadmill.

Could just be a little box that slides into a small pocket on the bra. Kind of like the polar, but with no strap.
