I do. I do a routine... Arm and back day, chest day, and leg day. Core on the off days, cardio everyday. Is pf limited in the weight department? Yes. But since I don't have a spotter anyway, I'd be uncomfortable trying to do much free weights anyway.

As a former daily partake, I find cannabis harmful to my weight loss efforts because one, it is demotivating for me, and two, inhaling a bag of cookies seems like the best idea ever, calories be damned. But if neither of those problems applies to you, go for it I guess.

When I'm on the eliptical, yes. I hate wearing glasses while working out, due to sweat issues. And without them, everything is just a blur anyway. Oh I know, I'm just saying I find it amazing grown people care about that. In wearing headphones, usually with my eyes closed, in my own little world. I don't know and don't care what someone in the weights section is doing.

Please don't take this as piggish or hitting on you, cause it's not. But a woman who works up a sweat... Kinda hot. Now a woman dripping sweat in an air conditioned room just sitting there, not so much. And I'm sure that applys to guys too.

I don't get the whole judgement thing. A naked supermodel could walk through there and I wouldn't notice. And I've never actually seen the lunk alarm go off. I'm kinda tempted to go in there in a muscle shirt and start grunting and dropping weights to see what happens.

My pf has a leg press. I find I can do all the lifting I want to work cable machines. Now if my goals change at some point and I need freeweights, I'll go elsewhere

I've switched from drinking about 2L of regular mountain dew per day to one 20z diet dew a day. Those calories alone is huge to my diet. I work at a restaurant, and therefore had a soda fountain. I would just drink it constantly. I made a rule... Water only at work.

I think I might. For a couple of days, my left hip was killing me. Went and got an anti inflammatory shot, and it got better. Now its stiff a lot of the time. Sitting and bending hurts a little.

I just talked my two equally out of shape college buddies into doing a warrior dash mud race with me in October. It's basically a 5k with a bunch of obstacles. I'm super pumped. That is going to be so much fun, and make the boring cardio training easier when its 100 degrees this summer.

I was looking at the spartan race website... They have one in my town in late October... I don't know if I could get the upper body strength part of it by then... Climbing a rope! Gulp. I think that may be more of a 2016 goal. Maybe aim for a 5 or 10 K this year. Would it be possible for an out of shape beginner be ready…

Right. I get that. I was just wondering if an 1100 calorie below that goal is appropriate. I'm doing pretty well with the goal thus far. A couple bouts of hunger that a protein bar fixed. If I may ask... The calculator said my tdee is 3800 or 4200. Mfp has my calorie goal at like 2700 and change. Do i really need to be eating 3800 calories a day?
