The gym I go to now is across the street from pf. The basic membership there is also $10 pm. The "platinum" membership, which includes classes, tanning, yoga classes, and free bottled water every day, is $45 pm, for me AND my wife.

My masseuse actually gets up on the table and kneads my back with her knees. It feels sooo good! Yes, sometimes a massage is painful, and not very enjoyable. But you feel so much better, it's worth it.

On days I do step based cardio, I hit 10k. On days i bike, swim, lift, or yoga, I don't. Then one of my *kitten* fitbit friends sends me a taunt because they strolled around thier neighborhood. Oh well. We'll see who gets to taunt when we do warrior dash together in a few months and he eats my dust!

What you should do is go buy an article of clothing that is to big for you, but not big enough for her. Then give it to her as your big clothes, and watch her struggle to button it.

Because occasionally, I used to skip a meal or eat a salad. It didn't make me skinny. Conversely, occasionally overeating will not make me fat.

I like to just come back over the top with the rudest stuff I can think of when people do that. Once a total stranger looked at me at a store and said something about me being fat. I replied "hey, I can lose weight. But you will always be a vapid tvvat." That sort of thing.

Today, I weighed line normal. Same as yesterday. No way I was gonna let that fly. So I sat down and made myself poop. Weighed again... Down a pound. Sure I was fifteen minutes late to work, but it was worth it.

Last night, I did an urban hike. I wore my charge hr, and also had track my hike GPS tracking. The fitbit and GPS were almost dead on as far as distance is concerned. They have a machine at my gym called jacobs ladder. Basically, it is a moving ladder that you climb forever. That thing looks evil. Nobody has ever touched it since I've been there.
