I get a bowl, white rice, chicken, tomato salsa, corn salsa, cheese and sour cream. It's 640 colories. I only get it at lunch when I only have my yogurt for breakfast and didn't have time for anything else in the morning at work!

I take a prenatal. I get all my vitamins and my hair and nails are strong and shiny!

You can complete under calories but not too far under. My allotment is 1400 per day, if I eat under 1000 it won't let me complete it out.

My parents have it. I've tried it out but haven't used it consistently. It's harder than it looks!

Rundisney has a training schedule. I'm not running until the 2017 princess 1/2 but I am going to start the training schedule this fall as if I were prepping for the 2016 race.

My Fitbit says I burn about 400 and the class is pretty intense. I took a class before and the instructor said I would burn 800-1000 calories....there is no way that can be if I'm buring 1/2 that now.

I love it! When I used to log my hour long Zumba class in MFP it said I burned 830 calories. I use my Fitbit now and it says I burn between 460-520 depending on the class. It's way more accurate! If you're eating back your activity calories you'll notice a big difference!

It's there! My Fitbit says I burn about 350-375 calories in an hour class. I'm 5'3" 220lb.

The barre classes I've done in the past were a lot like yoga so you could log it's as that. You could probably get away with doing it as ballet too. Either way the calories would be an estimate though.

I've been doing 2 Zumba classes and a body boss class every week for the the last 5 weeks. I've lost 23 lbs and dropped 3 dress sizes. I notice the biggest changes in my belly and arms. I think the cardio of Zumba and the weight training in body blast is the way to go!

If you go to the "official" Zumba website there are training classes to be an instructor. My instructor, who is amazing, came up to me after class to ask if I'd be interested in being an instructor and told me she'd help me out. If you're interested I'd talk to your instructor!

I could not agree more with this! I have about 7 pairs of their yoga pants, I love them!!! I've had the older ones for about 2 years and they still look great!

The difference from a 16 to a 14 is a big step! It's a bigger difference than a 14 to a 12 for some reason. I've lost 22 lbs total (17.6 on MFP) and I'm not even close to dropping to the 14 from the 16.

The barre classes I've done are similar to yoga or ballet. Are there options for either of those? The most accurate way to track would be with a heart rate monitor

I would guess caffeine if you are used to drinking a lot more soda and coffee than you are now.

BC affects everyone differently. If it isn't working for you and you think your weight gain is directly related to it then switch. I have Mirena and have struggled to lose weight while I've had it however I'm not totally convinced it's Mirena's fault.
