Thanks to all of you. I am eating about 2000 to 2500. That's what is says I should be eating to lose 2 pounds a week. Now as far as workouts go, I do splits. Morning Cardio for 45 min. Ok the oats I do only use 1/2 cup. And as for the coffee yes I do use the same each day. I just made changes to the cals. From 2550 to 2250. For some reason this app does not track weight lifting as burned cals. Thanks for all the information
