Well I don't have the distraction. I watch my food intake (minimal junk, stay around my 1400 calorie limit) and I do exercise. If I can't walk, I use my portable elliptical and I kayak/fish a few times a week.

You can also do with diet sodas. I think its 8 oz for a cake mix diet coke or Diet root beer with a chocolate cake Sprite zero with a white cake diet gingerale with a spiced cake I did the chocolate and it comes out like a cross of a cake and a brownie.

Bacon is bacon... wiping excess grease is not going to change the fat content by any substantial amount. :( Maybe decrease the amount of slices you have and sub it with something healthier.
