Yes they do hurt but use that in a positive way and get to where you feel good about yourself that it doesn't matter what people say because in some sence it's usually true that's why we get hurt im talking about myself when I say that

He might be there are lots of guys that don't work there legs when they should be lol makes the girls feel good when they can squat heavier then the guys though

I noticed the biggest change in my legs and bum when I started squating and lunges here's a few girls I copy there workouts Amanda Latona , Ashley Horner , if you really work them you will see a change

This is my goal lots of heavy and body weight exercises 3 days a week I train mine

That's one thing I usually don't let anyone work in besides my workout buddy I just hurry which I think it's probably not good to not take a longer break in between sets and I hate hogging it but I think they just stand there because they are grabbed as soon as someone gets off of one

Don't like when someone stands right by me waiting for me to get off the squat rack sometimes I like to do 10 set 10 reps back to back makes me nervous like I should hurry

Yes you can !! You can do anything you set your mind to do good luck and enjoy the journey that's the most rewarding part is starting and seeing each day the changes your body does and how good you feel by losing weight and getting stronger :)

The more I read ones comments on here the more I realize maybe my goals aren't realistic

I know I should try harder to eat less but don't like the feeling I get with no energy when I eat less i wish someone would tell me what to eat and how much to still workout with energy and lose weight

Just keep pushing yourself to go then after awhile it will be such a habit i hear you on the part it motivates you to be at the gym compared to home seeing everyone work out motivates me to keep going

Yes I do agree a big rear is the fashion now :) also I agree the glutes do help with everything I do now I can feel them working
