Kept reading in different areas on MFP community and Up forums that there is an issue but no solution at this time. I had just recently found where I could sent my steps so I was for about a week until this happened about a week ago.

I have been having the same issue but I did notice something that noone has mentioned before. My Up app and MFP online say they are connected but on MFP app it says 'connect' beside the jawbone app link but when pushed it only takes me to the UP shopping page.
