At just shy of 5'2, I'm working towards 120 as that was my "best case scenario" before I had my daughter. I'm super close at 124. However, I lost more than a bra cup after pregnancy and 1 year of nursing. My husband thinks I should consider the "teens" to balance out my now tiny boobies. We'll see.

I only use the Shred as an at-home workout supplement when I can't get out to the gym (1-2x per week). I love the variety it lends to my routine and I believe it's improving my fitness and weight loss. I don't think you need to do it everyday.

I notice this happens when I pedal on the balls of my feet, which is my default form. When I make a conscious effort of push my heels into the pedal and flatten out my feet, the pain subsides.

I keep those pre-moistened facial cleansing cloths in my gym bag and I wipe down immediately after a workout to help prevent breakouts. Works for me.

I find the combination of a daily multi vitamin, yogurt, and coffee keeps my chronically sluggish colon more regular. Without those items in my diet, I can upwards of 3-4 days without a BM. :s

A full box of angel hair or thin speghtti pasta. Raw. Ate it right out of the box, like chips. And booze. Microbrews and Malbec for days.
