  • This is one I made yesterday from the paleo website but it's a juice. So if you have a juicer.... 1/2 beet 1carrot 1/4 head of red cabbage 1 green apple 1 lemon 1" ginger root 2 stalks of celery I give it a 4 1/2 stars out of 5
  • Trying to get back on track myself and have 15lbs to loose :-) these last few lbs are the hardest to loose it seems & I would love to have & give encouragement.
