Ask your doctor. I was allowed to continue to lift weights but no more than 20 pounds total. Cardio was fine as long as it wasn't a lot of jumping so I did boxing drills. I walked a lot. Also stretched a lot, everything felt so tight lol But like I said and others have said ask the doctor first.

Currently doing Chalean Extreme from beachbody! It's been my favorite. Built up a lot more strength and lost almost 20 pounds with it. After this cycle I'm gonna do a round of p90x. Same day I noticed my wedding rings are loose now and also fit into a size medium dress. Zipped all the way up. Normally have to wear dress size extra large if it zips all the way up to the back of my neck so that was huge! And I'm a small in flowy dresses now. Was a medium or large.

I've had anxiety since I was 12 or so. Worse as I've gotten older but since working out it's helped tremendously! Personally I enjoy it, it's a stress reliever for me. I'm not in a great mood till I've had my workout. Also some days it does help to have some extra calories and I'll eat something I wouldn't have eaten if I didn't work out.

I would eat a lot more seafood like crab and lobster, I already eat salmon and tilapia and occasionally shrimp. Tuna is my go to though because it's cheaper lol Seafood is my fav and it's healthy. Plus I don't like it fried at all so baked or grilled it is.

Around 3,500. Went agate rock hunting which involves a lot of hiking and carrying a backpack full of rocks for hours and hours. My husband and I went for 9 hrs one day. Thought I was gonna die. Lol

Victoria's Secret maximum support bras are amazing!! Doesn't give me uniboob but keeps my boobs from moving! And I wear DD and it fits perfect! I have the incredible bra, front close and cross back. But I've read great reviews about the other maximum support bras.
