This week in my kitchen.... Chicken stir fry, oven baked chicken kebab and toaster oven chicken breast :)

Try more grilled food with big servings of dressing free salad. Stir fry on really high heat needs very little oil. I had chicken stir fry, chicken kebab and boneless chicken breast for this weeks menu.

Hi, I just joined today. I have a long way to go...40lbs. I have changed my diet from traditional desi to more salads, stir-fry, grilled and no-rice. I love rice and can not have it in a small serving.... So have to go rice free.
