Your best carb option is not gonna be nonfat yogurt but fullfat yogurt. They take out the fat and have to add taste back with sugar. IMO FAT= Flavor in dairy including (but especially) cheese.

They have rows and rows of free food samples. I was just there last week. About 90% of them are carbs but they also have lots of cheese samples and various sausages or mustards, so that's what I focused on. Stayed on diet!

I don't have a mason jar but I do make a similar bfast. I call it Chia Porrige (just cause I like the word). I just stir it well in a Tupperware, and fridge overnight, but I've found its key to go back about fifteen minutes after making it and give it another good stir. It prevents clumps. One net carb is high to you? Ok. As far as sweetness that does worry me a little. My sweet tooth has significantly dulled. But I figured if worse comes to worse I can add some dark chocolate cocoa powder to the base to both cut the sweetness (which the reviews say it is) and up the chocolatey goodness! :)

And my favorite hotdog taste-wise (Oscar Meyer Weiner) is not sold in either of the two grocery stores in town anymore?! I thought it was a fluke they were out but it's been like six months! Did they stop making them? I haven't had hot dogs since. I don't like the taste of the "all beef" ones they carry now.
