Walking after dinner every day.

Last night’s zoodles.

Ack. MFP changed my macros on me. 50% carbs? I DON’t THINK SO!
-
I definitely find myself wondering about the carb count in meds! It's frustrating cause most of them are impossible to track down. Supplements and vitamins, too.
-
Exactly. Particle size is critical. The large fluffy particles are entirely harmless. Only the small particles clog arteries. The video "Fathead" I mentioned explains this.

Cut out the "calories", and this sums it up. Also, "Did you pee on a stick?" becomes a common household phrase... and it's not a pregnancy test for once.
-
Yum! Have you tried making the keto cheetos? Perfect for nachos.

My thoughts: fats are yummy and sugar makes you fat. As far as studies it experiences, the best resource IMO is watching the Fathead video. Entertaining and educational. You have to eat something. And if (I think they do) low carb with low fat is tasteless and depressing, I'd go sat fat any day of the week. In my thought…

I didn't realize this was an issue. Hmmm. That explains a lot. I really hate med side effects. I knew the glipizide was hurting me, but I'll bet the gabepentin wasn't helping. Bummer. Glad I'm off both now. Weight finally going the right direction, too.

Having them tonight. I like to grill them outside and serve with a super grainy mustard (a garlic mustard even, which is even more "beefy"). If I have carbs to "spend", I'll put a them in a six carb tortilla. The chewiness of that as a "bun" is a game changer. I barely miss the fries the rest of my family enjoys... as I…
-
Smell reviews, price, and stories of them coming out the way they went in (tip: chew well) scared me off sufficiently.
-
Nope. You're doing great. I'd keep on! Enjoy it while you can. Then you get old like me and everything takes forever, lol.
-
Pork chops, cauli-mash and salad. I hate cauli mash when I make it but my daughter knows whatever trick it is that makes it yummy and not too wet.
-
I'm rolling my eyes because she's explaining her e perpendicular on "an" egg fast and you're trying to school her.
-
And I was giving my experience. Not theirs.
-
Lol. That's why you food log. Read labels.
-
One day at a time. And do the best you can. That's all you're expected to do. Love yourself and let things go. Breathe, sleep, rest and recover.

I have heard lots of negatives about soy sauce. I'm personally on the fence about it but I try to sub balsamic vinegar instead. Similar profile (sour and salty).

Less. (Responding to title). I don't think you can stay in ketosis at 100 carbs. Induction is usually 20 for first two weeks and then slowly add carbs until you aren't in ketosis and stop losing weight for most LCHF plans. My goal is 20-40 net. I know new Atkins prefers 40 per meal. I think that's way too high. But easier…

If you email them and ask they will send you a coupon for $10 off or free shipping or both. #workedforme (I actually left a complaint on price on their Facebook, they offered discount and politely ask I change review)
-
Yep. I do an hour, not a day. I find it works better. And I work it around celebrations so I can have that slice of wedding cake or that Fourth of July burger and watermelon. I'm often back in ketosis by the next day. I've found giving myself a whole day off or doing it too often is counterproductive.

With a side of depression. Don't forget that little chronic pain treat.

http://kirbiecravings.com/2016/07/flourless-peanut-butter-bread.html (replace the sugar with substitute) texture is identical to banana bread.
-
The peanut butter bread works too. If you really like peanut butter. Turned my tummy after a while. I'll post a link.
-
Just my experience. I had ZERO difference when I tried this a few months ago. Sugars the same and tummy upset (sadly) the same. I could not tolerate metfirmin or glucophage. However one cost me $6. a month out of pocket and the other $130. a month out of pocket. Both were extended slow release formulas.

*rolleyes*

Same to OP. If I overeat eggs they turn my stomach. I'm glad I have other choices. As it is I eat them once a day early in the am to get it out of the way - they're such a cheap source of fat and protein. Before I am fully awake, lol...
-
Bacon fries (bacon wrapped baked avocado) for lunch! Yum. I think next time I'll marinate in balsamic vinegar.
-
It's yummy. Most "dessert like" Mug Cake I've ever had. Tell me what you think. Do not over bake it.

Thanks @nikoba - I need to find one without cauliflower. Maybe I'll play around with it next week.
