Yum! Recipe? @nikoba

Shoot I forgot to photo dinner again! It was really good. Imagine grilled porkchops brushed with some SF berry jam, garlic/cheddar cauli-mash (my daughter made it so it was actually good unlike my failures with cauliflower) and a broccoli slaw she made using bagged broccoli slaw, Erythitol, cider vinegar, Mayo and oil. It…

Lol. Pinterest, it's a wealth of info. I am on there way too much.

My last and latest favorite: two grilled brauts in a whole wheat low carb (6 net) tortilla with grainy roasted garlic/mustard and shredded cabbage (bagged cole slaw mix with a little mayo). Crunchy, chewy good.

Hot dog pizzas. (Fry first to brown up, top, heat)

Inside out Cordon Bleu

I've posted this recipe before. 1 c boiling water, 8 oz cream cheese, one pkt SF gelatin any flavor - mix well and chill.

Best chicken nuggets is dredged in egg, then press in a 50/50 mix of almond meal and hand crushed slivered almonds. The beefy texture of the nuts is perfect. Fry in oil. This is a photo I took of mine.

Also works with green peppers instead of spinach.
-
Marinate avocado in either soy sauce or balsamic vinegar/salt. I serve this on the side of a beef crock pot roast (one huge chunk of beef, one onion, one Tbsp Italian dressing, no water. Cover and slow cook 6-8 hours). The fat in the avocado and salty soy makes a great pairing.

Flatten your breasts with a rolling pin (smash), pan fry and add a squirt of mustard at the end.
-
Salami, fresh basil (spinach works), and a great cheese like fontina or smoked cheddar.
-
Cabbage steaks with oil, salt and pepper, roast.
-
Super easy. Make meatballs, add sauce and cheese, heat.
-
I think it's called "Butter Makes Your Pants Fall Off" chili. I sometimes add one can of black beans for a whole pot of chili if I can budget the carbs.
-
Steaks with asparagus and béarnaise made from a packet using HWC and water or straight homemade using low carb recipe (depending on how much time I have).
-
Keilbasa sautéed with cabbage and onion.
-
Chicken cheese enchiladas where the "corn tortilla" is a thicker cut slice of deli chicken! Turkey works, too.

Just want to say, I tried the new Quest Hero bars. First off, $25.00 on Amazon for ten. They are supposed to have a new sweetener that tastes better. They tasted like every other low carb bar (I.e.: Atkins) to me. Strong aftertaste. They were just ok, and I'm gonna finish the box, but I'm not ordering more. Low carb bars…

They are very bread like but tiny. About the size of bagel chips. You might be able to make them bigger. They reminded me a bit of potato skins when hot, or softish bagel chips when cool.
-
Actually that's the wrong sodium level. I entered garlic salt in accident. It was minced garlic in oil.
-
Or maybe like bagel chips.

Well, here's the picture. I obviously didn't beat the egg whites enough! They spread like crazy. They're kinda a potato twice baked thing? Garlic-y and cheddar-y tho. One serving (6) is about three total carbs. I'll try again tomorrow...

Lol!!!!

And my all time favorite (my kids hear this from me every single day):
-
Here are my favorites.
-
I'm making these today (minus the powder) - got my cheese shredded and in the freezer now. I'll post pics.
-
Just looked it up. 3 carbs a 2T serving which seems like a lot of powder. Make out of cheese mostly. I'm gonna order some.
-
I was thinking it needed that! I'll check it it!! Thanks!

Yes, I'm salty. Lol.
