My NSV is being able to exercise on the stair-master for 30 minutes on level 3. When I first began I could only do 8 minutes on level 3.

I am 5'3" with a large frame (actually measured my wrist to find my frame size). With that being said the healthy weight for my height and frame is 131 lbs to 147 lbs. I would like to get to 145 lbs to be safe. I started out at 181.3 in January 2014 and on March 3rd I was 161.6 lbs.
