  • I'm 47 lost almost 50lb using MFP for a year then I plateaued for about a year and since then have gained back about 15 lbs. I'd love to have more friends on here to share struggles and triumphs with. Feel free to friend me and we can try to cheer each other on!
  • I was 37, I don't know what keyhole means so I think I had traditional/laproscopic-3 scars on belly. I wasn't dieting, but I am type 2 diabetic so I was starting to watch my foods. No complications, public hospital. I have insurance through work so that covered almost all of it. I didn't get to keep gallbladder-I think I…
  • I finally lost a bunch of wait to get on the transplant list for a kidney. I'd like to lose 30 more lbs but have been plateauing forever it seems, but I'll keep trying at it. I'm 46 now and I'd like to lose it sooner rather than later but if I could lose it by 50 that would be awesome!

  • You can add me.
  • Hi, I'm a 45 yr old now living in the Midwest. I've been in MFP for a year. I've lost some weight and reached 2 of my goals but now I feel like I'm at another plateau! I'd like to make some more friends on here for support and accountability. I'd possibly it would be nice to see other diaries to see what other foods/meals…
  • You can do it! I've been there and am still working on it but getting healthier every day. As for remembering your pills get a days of the week pill container. It will make you feel old but help you remember what you did or didn't take. Then get a one day pill container for your purse & car--that way if you go someplace…
  • Thanks! Good to know more MFP people and Midwesterners!
  • Good luck with your weight loss. It can be so hard when one has depression not to binge comfort foods (I know) but just realizing you really want weight and tracking your habits really helps! I'm rooting for you!
