Feel free to add me. I lost 100 lbs back in 2004 and kept it off until 2009. Gained back 80 of it. Using MFP I am down 60 with 20 to go. I am very knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise and always glad to motivate and help :)

The thing that strikes me about the thread header is HIGH. Nothing HIGH is good. Moderation is the key and a good Macro mix.

Actually, you don't burn any more calories in the morning than night assuming the same rate/incline/distance. On average you start actually burning calories about 20 minutes into a typical cardio workout. So sleep easier, sleep is also an important factor in burning calories !

Heya ! I am 50 and am using MFP which helps a lot. I also use a fitness band which helps even more :) I have lost 30 pounds so far with 30 more to go. I have lost significant weight before and 2 things will make it happen. Positive attitude and good tracking and planning. Good luck and don't ever get discouraged !
