  • I would like to start this program, but I can only find it in downloadable form. Does it come in DVD? I only want the workouts not the food guide.
  • They're also changing the chips. I ordered several new products to try.
  • In the video they said the fats are high to make them fit better with Keto and make the PB creamy. He broke one open and it did look good and creamy. His version of Keto is high fat, low protein and little to no carbs. I ordered several things. I'm most excited about the crunchy bars.
  • The cups also come in mint, fudge and vanilla. The PB has 26g fat, 11 total carb, 3g fiber, 6g erythritol and 7g protein for 2 cups per serving
  • Genaw.com is great and of course Pinterest has tons of recipes
  • There's lots of great websites to get recipes. Some of my favorites are: genaw.com, I breathe I'm hungry, peace love and low carb, all day I dream about food. As for breakfast, who says it has to be breakfast food? I often eat leftovers. Today was steak and eggs. Yesterday was pulled pork and some cheese. My husband has an…
  • I like quest bars. Choc chip cookie dough and cookies n creme are my faves. They're cheaper online. I order directly from quest. They sometimes have free shipping. I also like Power Crunch bars. All of the flavors are good. Little low on protein compared to others but I like the wafer like cookie. I treat them as an…

  • Consider reading this. It's lengthy but so worth the time. https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10358179/dizzy-weak-tired-headaches-cramping-muscles-electrolyte-imbalance-may-be-your-problem#latest
  • You really just need to up your sodium. Drink a couple cups of broth with extra salt and keep doing that. You need 3,000-5,000 mgs everyday. Be careful taking potassium unless under direction from your dr. As for magnesium most people are deficient. Look for magnesium malate. The citrate you mentioned will have a laxative…
  • Consider joining the low carb group. Lots of good info and supportive people! https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/394-low-carber-daily-forum-the-lcd-group
  • It's called Keto Flu. You need salt! Increase your sodium intake by drinking broth, pickle juice, salt sticks, electrolyte tablets. Eat pickles and salt your food with pink hymolayian or Celtic sea salt. On a low carb diet your body rids itself of sodium and you must replace it! The headaches , cramps etc are an…
  • Breakfast for me is usually two eggs fried in butter and two slices of bacon. Lunch is leftovers and a small salad with full fat dressing. Supper are meat and veggies. Steak with asparagus. Chicken thighs with green beans. Bunless cheeseburger with mashed cauliflower. You get the idea.... I don't snack much. Once fat…

  • Start with a protein and build around that. Add a veggie. Google the atkins induction list and only eat foods from that list. Keep it simple, don't get overwhelmed. By quickly reducing your carb intake you might experience something called keto flu. It's avoidable by upping your sodium. On lchf you need 3,000-5,000 mgs per…

Don't drink powder often but I do like quest vanilla and Isopure zero carb if I'm blending it myself. Pure protein chocolate ready to drink is good on the go. I…
  • I recommend joining the low carb group. https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/394-low-carber-daily-forum-the-lcd-group No rice, pasta, potatoes, bread. Cauliflower is a good swap for potatoes. Stick with meat, above ground veggies have lower carbs than root veggies and some dairy. Watch out for sauces. No fruit…
  • Mississippi roast is our fave at the moment. Hubby and I eat about 30 total grams per day. I recommend joining the low carb group here on mfp. https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/394-low-carber-daily-forum-the-lcd-group
  • Mainly Meijer. Sometimes Schnucks. Farmers market and my garden in the summer. Just opened an aldi nearby. Excited to check that out. Northern Illinois I'm missing HyVee and Cub foods in Minnesota since moving three years ago!
  • If you have fat to lose there's no need to add more fat. Have you seen an OKL chart for your macros? Fat macro should be a limit, not a goal to meet. Stay on the lower end if you've got a lot to lose. Keto/LCHF posts generally don't do well in the main forums. Post this in the low carb group and you will get a better…
  • I've done several through US Road Running. A great, well organized company!

  • There's a low carb group where most of the keto-ers hang out. I can't get the link to paste, but you can search for the low carb group. There's a ton of great info there and wonderful and helpful people!
  • I have a t-shirt. No tanks. I've worn it a few times and washed it. Quality seems fine. I feel they run a bit small. I would normally get a womens size large but based on their size chart I got an xl. It's snug for sure! The flowy tanks they offer might be looser though.
