Victoria's Secret knockout. I'm a 36DDD and it's the only bra that keeps the girls in place! Affordable too!

I really like their meat. Specifically the ribeye steaks, but I've been happy with everything I've bought. Their workout gear is great and affordable as well as shoes. They're constantly adding new products too. I highly recommend downloading their mperks app. By clipping coupons on the app I saved almost $2,000 last year.

Found them at my local meijer and schnucks. They've (accidentally) made it into my cart a couple of times. ;) To me they're perfect. Just the right amount of peppermint.

Keep up with your electrolytes. Sodium, sodium, sodium! Drink a glass of broth daily or salted water or salt sticks. Try not to overhydrate. Too much water will actually flush sodium out of your body.

I'm also a fan of magnesium. I take magnesium malate I order from amazon. If I do get a cramp I take a drink of pickle juice. Sounds gross, but works like a charm every time. Be careful with the acv. It's very strong and will erode your teeth. It needs to be diluted.

I'm also recently diagnosed and am on levothyroxine. It took my body a couple of weeks to adjust to the meds, but now I'm feeling fine. Maybe just give it a little more time? I found that I need to have a big glass of water with the pill to avoid any side effects. From what I understand meds are necessary, but LCHF can…

I tend to keep it simple with a meat and veggie like asparagus, broccoli or Brussels sprouts, but occasionally I try a new recipe. Stuffed peppers (no rice) are on the menu this week as well as chicken alfredo over steamed broccoli instead of noodles. You can google just about any food and add the words low carb and you'll…

If you are hungry, eat. As your body adapts your appetite will naturally decrease - one of the perks of being in ketosis.

I'm not in the U.K., but there's been a lot of posts about this. If you do a search for sports bras you'll see them all.

I have fine, thin, oily hair. I wash 3-4 times a week and one of those times is conditioner only. I still feel greasy on other days. I'm seeing a lot of people say they use dry shampoo, so my question is, what's your favorite brand? Preferably something I can get in a store like Target.

I eat bacon everyday. Three slices and two fried or scrambled eggs is the perfect breakfast for me.

Yup. For me carbs are a limit, protein is a minimum and I stay to the bottom third of my fat range. On most days my protein and fat are about the same. Down 17 lbs in 12 weeks. Slow but steady and just diagnosed with hypothyroidism.

We indulged. Cheeseburgers topped with chili and crispy fried onions.
