Best sports bra for a DD?

Hi all!
I'm having a hell of a time trying to find a sports bra for my running that doesn't leave me feeling like someone tried to pull off my boobs or almost Knocking myself in the face.
I started out as 46 DDD and am now a 34-36 DD. I've always used a Lane Bryant bra that was designed for big boobs that kept all that in check. I've tried every high impact bra out available in store at Walmart, target, and Victoria's secret and they either fail the bounce test or have so much side boob overspill from the cut I look like I have four boobs instead of two.
This seems to be a good place for recommendations.
What will keep me in place the way a "bigger girl" bra does? (Besides double braing)

Tri action sports bra. The extreme one. I was big busted until I lost my weight, this brand has served me well at all sizes.

The Victoria's secret knockout sports bra. I'm not a fan of VS regular bras, but I'm a 38DD and love the knockout.
It has a front close bra and then a second layer that zips over that so it keeps the girls in their own spots and you don't get uni-boob.

Enell. Expensive, but well worth it.2

Lululemon TaTa Tamer. It's the only high impact bra I wear. Goes up to a 38DD.0

I second this. I wear these and my 32DDDs do not budge an inch!0 -

I second Triumph. I have used berli but prefer the support and sizes Triumph do. I'm also a 12F (346F) so they are really good for weird sizes.0 -
Being cheap, I wear two cheaper models at once. If I was running regularly, though, I would spring for one of the ones above.0

Victoria's Secret knockout. I'm a 36DDD and it's the only bra that keeps the girls in place! Affordable too!0

I have some expensive and cheap ones (im the same size as you), and my current favorite sports bra for running is by Champion from Target. I don't know the exact model, but it's a high control one and it has regular bra hook closure in back.1

I LOVE Panache. I run and NOTHING moves that should not be moving. They only make bras in D cup and larger, so they are designed for bigger cup sizes. They make a wired and wireless version, and they convert between standard and racerback styles with a little hook. They also close like a regular bra, not like those elastic stretchy things that are a pain to put on and take off. I have worn my Panache sports bras from when I was a 40DDD all the way to 32DD where I am now. I keep an eye on Amazon for sales on them as they are pricey but well worth it. No, I do not work for Panache. I just love them.0

Shock Absorber. Best around. High Impact running model.1

if you have sideboob, then your bra may be too small - recommend getting your fit checked
I'm a 32FF and wear a brand called Anita with a tank top and have minimal bounc-age2 -
I love this one! https://www.wacoal-america.com/sport-underwire-bra-wacoal-855170-p.html. Pricey, but worth it.0

Brooks Juno or Fiona are what I like0

I also use the Champion ones from Target. Comfortable and nothings moving that shouldn't be.2

I have 40D down from a 42E, I just wear a normal sports bra (normally picked up from supermarket/tk maxx/budget sports store and wear with a support sports vest, I don't have any issues with bounce when I do this. Definitely try different sizes if you're getting double-boob effect. Try up one cup size or back size.1

I don't have a DD bust, but I live with someone who does. She swears by wearing two.1

Yes to re-checking your size too. Quad-boob means your bra is the wrong style or wrong size. Try the calculator at http://www.bratabase.com/2

I love the Maia bra from moving comforts. I’m a long time DD cup, and this is the only bra that keeps me from knocking myself out. I order from the Brooks website.0
