Would it be alright to eat a high fat/protein and low carb diet? I've heard from a few people that low carb can be bad. But I just generally enjoy eating fat & protein foods. Is it alright as long as I hit my daily protein & fat macros?

If that's how you like to eat, and it keeps you satisfied, why not?3

That's how I eat. It keeps me more satisfied. As long as your blood work continues to be good at the doctors there shouldn't be a problem with it.1

Sure. Usual low carb diet isn't high protein, but if that's how you enjoy eating and you eat an overall healthful diet (for nutrition), why not?1

Absolutely! Consider joining the low carb group. A lot of valuable info and great people! Read the "launch pad" sticky and ask questions.

It's called keto genesis. Research it more before you make your decision, especially the keto flu0
