I try to use most of my calories so I do not feel deprived. There is still banana cake in the house, but there is also IPA...the IPA won. A 5 oz glass was very enjoyable and did not push me over my limit. Over 120 minutes of activity and everything logged. Have a good night.

Almost made it, but a piece of banana cake last evening pushed me over the calorie benchmark. It was a quiet 4th here...just hubby and me and the cat. Neighborhood fireworks ended rather early which was good as it allowed the cat to come out of hiding and allowed me to get some sleep.

Walked morning and evening, did yoga and leg weights. Calories within budget even though I ate ice cream. Everything is tracked.

Yes X 3. I did 30 minutes of walking laps around the back yard (boooring) in between storms, 30 minutes of aerobics, plus yoga and weight training.

I tried the Team Body Project 30 minute fat burning workout for beginners today as the weather is interfering with my walking. I am not asking for credit...I just want to recommend this workout...low impact but vigorous and adjustable to any level of fitness...and the instructor has a great accent. ;)

Threats of thunderstorms trashed my walking today, but I did yoga and weights. My food choices were not the best today, but I stayed within my limit, and every morsel was tracked.

Working from home is good for me! Not having to commute adds an extra hour or more to my day. I dress in yoga pants and T shirts, so it's easy to fit in exercise, such as 92 minutes of walking, 40 minutes of yoga, and 15 minutes of leg weights. :) I was also able to track everything and stay within my calorie allowance.
