  • SW for this month 193.4. Probably from all the vacation foods from last week but I did aim for 6 cups of water a day and ate from home. I also worked out for 15 min x 2 days this week. exercise will slowly be upped, I’d like to focus on nutrition though.

  • 190.8 Last week was a bit of an off week but that’s cause we just bought a house and we were celebrating. This week I made sure to eat healthier meals! This week my goal is to workout at least 2x this week for 30 minutes!

  • Disappointing but I really didn’t make changes this week. I may try doing two healthy snacks like real fruits and vegetables before reaching for a processed snack. Like I must eat two veggies or fruits and then I can have a semi processed snack ;). Also have been slacking on food logging, will try to get back on it

  • Did a whopping 9,000 steps at work which I felt like I hadn’t reached in awhile but also I don’t have my phone on me all the time (my method counting my steps). Today I had it with me the entire day and I was like yuppp. For me that’s a big deal because I feel that I’m pretty sedentary esp on my days off.
  • CW: 191.4 Lost 1 lb! But I know I can do better. I have been logging this week and I hit too close to the limit and past it. Maybe should work on staying under the calorie limit and continue to reach for 6 cups of water a day.
  • @conleywoods omg no way!! I used to work in a school district but PRESCHOOL SOUNDS LIKE FUN!! I work in outpatient and work 10 hour shifts so I feel like it’s so hard to workout when I come home😭 the location I work is also about an hour away so I’m exhausted but I try to workout once a week when I’m off.

  • Have you tried measuring inches? Maybe your weight is the same based on the muscle you're building? Also what everyone said is true, we tend to underestimate the calories we consume and overestimate the calories burned during exercise. So I try my best to record as accurately as I can!
