  • CW: 195 PW195.2 my husband and I are doing a sugar fast for two weeks. I’m kind of surprised that I didn’t lose more but at least I’m heading in the right direction. I only worked out once this week (strength training)but hopefully this week I will prioritize exercise and getting my steps in and continue to eat healthy.

  • wow some of you guys are so active! I work and I feel like I can’t do much after- but today I did go to heated Pilates even though I live in HOT Texas. I try to do some indoor workouts when I’m off and my husband and I go for a short walk outside about 3x week in the evenings!
  • Weigh in day: Friday PW 195.2 CW: 194🎉 tried to incorporate more walking. Will work on adding more steps usually average around 2-3k, this week it’s been more like 4-5K
  • Post day: Friday PW: 195.2 CW 195. losing . 2 lbs for the last couple weeks, maybe cause I haven’t done anything too crazy workout wise! I’m dealing with some Costocondritis/rib pain so it’s hard to go back to lifting but I’ll have to wait until the pain is gone!

  • 190.8 Last week was a bit of an off week but that’s cause we just bought a house and we were celebrating. This week I made sure to eat healthier meals! This week my goal is to workout at least 2x this week for 30 minutes!

  • Disappointing but I really didn’t make changes this week. I may try doing two healthy snacks like real fruits and vegetables before reaching for a processed snack. Like I must eat two veggies or fruits and then I can have a semi processed snack ;). Also have been slacking on food logging, will try to get back on it

  • Did a whopping 9,000 steps at work which I felt like I hadn’t reached in awhile but also I don’t have my phone on me all the time (my method counting my steps). Today I had it with me the entire day and I was like yuppp. For me that’s a big deal because I feel that I’m pretty sedentary esp on my days off.
  • CW: 191.4 Lost 1 lb! But I know I can do better. I have been logging this week and I hit too close to the limit and past it. Maybe should work on staying under the calorie limit and continue to reach for 6 cups of water a day.
