Not a song but is really working to keep me going. I watch Netflix - House of Cards. I end up staying on for 50 +/- minutes and burn about 450 - 475 calories in the process.

I had gestational diabetes when pregnant with my daughter. The diet I was put on was a ratio of carbs to protein for each meal/snack. 5'6" and now at 225, goal is to get back to 140 eventually. Also looking for support and motivation, as I begin to tackle my goals...again. I've been really good at starting over past few years, lousy at sticking with it. Feel free to add me as a friend too.
