I got off bc because my husband got a vasectomy. It messed with my hormones, but nothing weight related that I can tell. I actually miss my birth control and wish I hadn't gotten my IUD out. Periods suck.

I just got a 6K calorie garlic too. And my sesame seeds were 2K. Definitely check haha!

I feel great about this week so far. I don't own a scale, so not sure about weight loss, but I've stuck to my plan and that counts for something! :)

It's frustrating because I know how to lose the weight and get healthy. The hard part is going to be the determination to not give up!

Eat it in smaller amounts. Eat what you like, just less of it.

You don't need to limit carbs to lose fat. I eat under 20 grams of carbs a day, but it is by no means necessary. Work out with your trainer, but eat what you like in a deficit.

I'm a fellow keto eater. I eat under 20 grams net carbs daily. Sometimes I eat HF, but focus on protein as well. Would love fellow keto friends :) happy eating!

It's one tool, but certainly not the only one. Make sure you are in a caloric deficit. I eat <30 grams of carbs a day and get those carbs for veggies and some fruits. I love eating this way because I have terrible will power. I am going to transition to a higher carb count when I transition to maintenance. I want to stress…

Can you eat a little bit and log it? I have the same issue and I either just don't eat it or log it as best I can. Also, you could bring your own snacks and eat those if you don't want to miss social aspects of snack time.

I feel horribly after I have too many greasy or sugary foods. I still eat them in moderation, but that almost hungover feeling after a binge has luckily prevented one. Just work those foods into your normal diet. Then there would be no need for a cheat day/binge.
