Ty everyone I tried to ask a dietician at my work and her answers was to just keep going with it which sounded wrong.

Ive been eating around 2k calories more on days where I get more activity. I'll maybe just start skipping morning workouts for a while and start eating some of them back I think im just going to target keeping my net calories arround 1500 and see where that gets me.

If you want unprocessed meat go take a bite out of a cow or chicken.

They say you shouln't lose more than 1-2% per week so if you 250 lbs plus then 1 stone is doable if you weight less then it is probably not going to be to safe.

Thanks for all the help and suggestions.

I'm fine with a PIA, i have no one in real life to hold me accountable so anyone who wants to call it as they see it is fine with me.

Right now I Lift 3 days a week and run 4 days a week. I'm set for losing 1 lb per week but don't eat most of my calories back. My job is fairly active so I do 12-15k steps daily which also helps.

My gym is at my work 15-20 min walk away I'd probably walk further but wouldn't go in on weekends if it was too far

Just finished W2D1 with a nice fist pump. Didn't think I could get through it. I don't know if it just me but running on treadmill that clock is just annoying. I look at it and think damn 45 more seconds etc. so this last run I covered it so I could just focus on my music and hitting that countdown.

Do you have a pedometer? Because after getting my Fitbit I found lightly active is around 10000 steps so if you average daily steps is around that number it will be close
-
The difference between sedentary and lightly active is like 7000-8000 steps
-
I set my activity level in MFP to sedentary then use my vivofit to track all my steps for the day. If you use another activity level it may be overestimating you activity and you wont meet your calorie goals.
