  • Hi! I'm doing it! If you search T25 one of the top results will be another thread that has a link to a group in it - sorry I don't know how to add you but if you search and find it you can join
  • I'm in the UK
  • Hmm... It gave me more calories for Ab Intervals on Alpha than Speed 2.0 on Beta so I wouldn't say that's very accurate at all. However it seems to all be around 200 cals which is pretty much what MFP gives you so prob pretty safe logging at around 200.
  • Technically you can do no exercise at all and still lose weight so long as you're in a deficit - it's your diet that has the greatest impact not the exercise. That said it certainly doesn't hurt to up your exercise and will give you more cals to play around with, plus give you more definition.
  • Keep measuring and taking photographs! There is "only" 7lbs difference in me on the pics below. Seriously do all three, it really helps to keep you motivated. One week the scale might not budge but the tape measure might. This week was the first time my tape measure didn't budge and my weight loss in general is really…
  • I add it as Circuit Training 25 mins, it gives me around 180 cals. I've seen online people with HR monitors seem to burn around 250-350 but I would rather under estimate if anything. I have Core Cardio from Beta to do today - it's my least favourite of all the workouts so far and definitely of Beta but after today I don't…
  • I'm in Beta phase x
  • Sweet potato, kale and quinoa fritters or patties - can't think what they're called... Search sweet potato, kale and quinoa on Pinterest and they will come up - they're amazing - the whole family loves them.
  • The modifier doesn't jump and it's still a really good workout! I'm on Beta round now, I'm looking forward to trying PiYo when I finish Gamma but I don't believe it will be enough on it's own from what I've read.
  • Hi Lauren, how many cals are you eating per day?

  • How to stop hunger when you exercise? Easy! You can eat more!! I really miss my exercise calories on my rest days and find I am hungrier on those days because of that, it's nice to have an extra 200 a day to play with. That said you will lose weight whether you exercise or not so long as you are creating a deficit but you…
  • Since Jan: No gym - doing T25 and 30 Days of Yoga. No fad diet just using MFP and trying to make healthier choices most of the time but still having treats.
  • Total Body Circuit is the absolute devil!
  • I'm 5ft and this is my progress since the beginning of Jan:
  • Great post but I would actually say the opposite on one point: it's a great workout if you HATE cardio! Which is me all over. I can't stand running, any cardio equipment at a gym etc but this is the only cardio that I've ever stuck to. Dare I say it I even quite enjoyed Speed 1.0!
  • I'm a week into Beta round and can't recommend it enough. It's the first workout programme I've stuck to for so long and the results so far are fantastic. Keep going when you really don't feel like it, which may be often in the first few weeks, there is a turning point where it gets easier to push play.

  • My results from Alpha round: I lost 3 inches from waist, 3 inches from hips, 3 inches from chest and 2.5 inches from each thigh. I'm a week into Beta and I've lost a further half an inch off my hips and 2.5 off my thigh (which is crazy!), my thighs were first to drop down dramatically in Alpha - which is backwards to what…
  • I take a Multivitamin with Chromium in (otherwise would take Chromium seperately) and take Sea Kelp, Spirulina, Omega 3, Co Enzyme and Calcium Magnesium x
  • I could "see" on each Stat Day Saturday that I was losing inches but honestly I didn't see it in myself until I took my progress pics at end of Alpha and I was so shocked how different I looked! I agree it's tough to keep going at first but once you are seeing the results that motivation goes up and also it does become…
  • Just a thought, I'm pretty much at same place as you (second week of Beta)... Alpha was all cardio and now Beta has introduced weights so it could be water retention from the strength training and I'm not sure on this bit but could it be even "noob gains"? I only ask because from what I hear it is very difficult for women…
  • Bpp23 - I just finished 30 Days of Yoga last week I LOVED it!! Enjoy! Mine for today was T25 Beta - Core Cardio and Dynamic Core. Had to double up as was behind, not a good one to double on as very similar so was first time I've felt a bit bored during T25.
  • Balibee T25 is better for people with knee injuries than Insanity etc as there are modified moves for each bit to avoid jumping. Mily - well done, you will love the programme. Well, it's sort of a love/hate thing but you will definitely love the results! X
  • Yay! You will love the results! Don't stress yourself if you are using the modifications a lot - I was too to start out (in fact even a little towards the end of Alpha) and got brilliant results! I'm just into my second week of Beta now. Stick with it, it's exciting to see your body change x
  • Mine too! Very frustrating. I've tried adjusting the time line to show only last two months etc but still shows only 3lbs when I've lost 6?!
  • How is everyone's first T25 day of the week going? I'm having to double up as got behind on Fri! Just done Beta Core Cardio having a quick break and then starting Dynamic Core!
  • First off "healthy" snack bars/crisp type things are terrible anyway. But seriously prep is the key! Look up Dump Chicken on Pinterest. I made 11 healthy chicken meals in one go on Friday all I. The fridge/freezer and ready to be stuck in the oven to heat up. I got the chicken fillets from the Butchers in bulk but you can…
  • I'm a week into Beta round. Calories set at 1500 a day and eating back exercise cals as and when I want to - one treat meal a week. Results so far were 3 inches off my waist, 3 off hips, 3 off chest and 2 and a half off each thigh. 6lbs off weight wise. These stats are from the end of Alpha as I've not weighed I yet this…

  • Hi yes I've completed Alpha and I'm a week into Beta round. I love it and there are modifications for each move and believe me you still egg huge results so long as you are doing the most you can do. The modifier involves no jumping etc. Once you get to Beta it requires a bit more co ordination but hopefully you will have…
  • I'm a week into Beta round, stick with it the results are fantastic!
