  • I'm on day 30 of this today, I started 5th Jan so it hasn't been quite daily but I've loved every minute and my yoga has progressed so much!
  • I put it in as Circuit Training 25 mins. I think it estimates about 180 cals. I've seen people with HR monitors estimating at around 250-300 but would rather under estimate and if anything have a bigger calorie deficit than I think.
  • Alpha results: I'm on day 3 of Beta now and intend to complete Gamma after Beta too. I love the results and for the most part don't mind doing it. So far Total Body Circuit on Alpha was the worst workout for me but I felt super proud being able to tick "nailed it" on my planner every time on the last week!
