I am an absolute food addict (yummy foods, of course haha). I obsess over it. If it is in my home I do not stop until it is gone. I feel completely out of control once I start eating something (bag of chips, etc). It is best if I literally treat it the way an alcoholic would treat alcohol... JUST STAY CLEAR!

I used to struggle with running. Could not go any longer than 3 mins at a time. Now I can go 10 mins at a time without any previous build up to that (running-wise).

I find it interesting we are just hearing about GMOs now. I first learned about them 11 years ago in my World Issues high school class. You could label them... but really you would be labeling virtually everything and for what purpose? A lot of the seeds we use to plant veggies and fruit are GMOs now... and are programmed…

I struggle with this. I thin it stems from my childhood. My grandmother's house was always safe and there would always be snacks. Friday nights are a trigger for me due to the long tiring stressful work week being over. I try to workout instead now. Even a brisk walk is a much better way to cope with stress, anxiety, etc.…

Also, if people are using Fitbits it will give a higher count because it counts all your steps and the intensity ALL DAY long based on your weight, height, etc.

idk. I let Fitbit figure it out. But I walk 30 mins in the morning, 45-60 mins at lunch, 60 mins in the evening, and 20 mins pilates before bed. I spread it out because I cannot do too much at one time.

So we just never disclose the actual answer? :S

I am just answering, so whoever is commenting next just do it for the person above me. Nope to all. I am 28. Taken, but not married. And I am a clinical therapist.

I have a Fitbit so I think about how the longer I keep going the more steps I will have to try and win challenges with. I also listen to music and try and trick myself into thinking I am dancing and having a blast haha. I also think about how my cats stalk me and I have to be careful not to step on them or lay on them…

I should really stop pushing my Fitbit onto people... but changed everything for me. Logging and working out maybe once a day was not enough for me. With my Fitbit it motivates me to get moving. I now walk 30 mins in the morning, 45-60 mins at lunch time, 60 mins in the evening, and 20 mins pilates before bed. I am always…

For hikes I tend to pack: Whole wheat sandwiches (usually ham) Fruit (apples, oranges, etc) Nuts Veggies for snacks Maybe granola type bars Make sure you eat enough for the amount of hiking you will be doing and stay hydrated. I have a Fitbit which is useful because it calculates my calories burned based on ho wmany steps…

Nothing was working for me. I recently got a Fitbit and have been making sure to get 10,000 steps a day and eating within my budget and the pounds starting falling off. My advice to you is to MOVE! I walk 30 mins in the morning, 45 mins at lunch, 1 hour after work, and pilates 20 mins at night before bedtime. It sounds…

Try healthy ways of making pizza. What you crave will change with time. Maybe try smaller portions of pizza, on whole wheat thin crust, LOTS of veggies, just a little but of low fat cheese, and a health meat, for example. I got a Fitbit 5 weeks ago as a present and it changed everything for me. I focus more on working out…

I am a Fitbit One owner, but I do not think it matters which type you have if you are looking for people to compete with. I am looking for some competitive people to help keep me motivated and on track! Add me if you are looking for the same! https://www.fitbit.com/user/38LY2Z

Exercise plays a bigger part than I realized. I would go to the gym daily and cut my calories... but it wasn't enough. Nothing was ever enough. I focused more on calories than on my workouts. THAT did not work. Ever since I got a Fitbit 3 weeks ago I lost 5 lbs. I am always moving trying to get more steps and beat people…

Nothing was working for me. For years. I got a Fitbit 3 weeks ago and lost 5 lbs since. I try and make sure I get AT LEAST 10,000 steps a day and stay within calorie limit. The Fitbit tells me whether or not I am under, over, or "in the zone" for amount of calories consumed (I sync it with myfitnesspal). I now workout 2-4…
