If you commit yourself to doing the DVDs then they will work :)... i have tried Jillian Micahels DVDs and they are great workouts!

you may not be eating enough... as silly as that sounds you may need more food (healthy of course :)) ... if you body gets used to eating the same amount of calories it will plateau, and if you are eating too few it will go into starvation mode and hold onto any fat you are trying to loose

If you are eating under 1200 calories you will get that error because that is the lowest amount of calories you can consume without your body going into starvation mode

Honey or maple syrup are great alternatives... Yes they have calories but a lot better than artificial sweeteners
