I eat what I want now in moderation. Honestly, bread makes my body ache so I don't eat it much. This diet helped me lose tatse for breads and sugary food. I enjoy nature's sugar in fruit. My palate is more refined and I eat a wide variety of healthy foods.

It helped my arthritis too!! I I know so many people that this type of diet affected then so positively. It's a shame everyone is so negative on here.

Good job! My parents went on an Adkin cruise. My mom ate pizza without the bread for a straight week and won the weightloss challenge. I bet your body feels awesome on Adkins too!! No aches and pains.

Lady between surfing,running,swimming,marathons, soccer,yoga,weights and 2 jobs it comes off quick!! Especially at 19 years old. I would have had to eat the grand buffet to not loose so much. I had my 3 meals. I ate snacks too. I just replaced bad food with good. My body is very healthy thank you :)

Girl, you think about how sexy you're gonna look. And all the people who ever called you fat. Imagine all the pretty clothes. Seeing only __ size in the closet filled with all the pretty clothes. Plus I only watch Tv at the gym. Good excuse to go.

Active lifestyle, and healthy eating is super unhealthy? I couldn't help I lost weight that fast. I'm in school to be a doctor. Nothing I did was wrong.

I eat like that now to maintain weight. However went from 2x to small in 3 months. It was necessary.

I did not count calories at all!!

I worked out about 2 hours every day. 2 days off. I also tried to live a more active lifestyle. I had sooooo much energy!! I never got tired just wanted to keep going. I began to hate the taste of junk food too.

I lost a shot ton of weight juicing. Here are the my fav recipes: Apple, kale,spinach,wheat grass, ice. Ice,blueberry,acaeberry,spinach, wheat grass. Replace 2 meals a day. Went from 2x to small in a summer

I'll never be happy with my body. I have worse body image issues as a size small. Size small and I'm still fat as a cow. Bc I have excess skin.

I am 5'2" I have lost 25 lbs so far. I strated at 222 and now I'm 198. Weight has started to melt as soon as I started juicing.

I drink alot of tea to equal my water. Hot tea every morning and night. Green tea with lemons throughout the day.
